Chef Eddie's culinary journey began in the heart of New York, where he first discovered his passion for cooking alongside his mother. A proud veteran, Chef Eddie served in the Navy from 2001 to 2006, demonstrating discipline and dedication while on duty.

Amidst the challenges of the pandemic, Chef Eddie embarked on a new chapter, where he immersed himself in the culinary world, starting from the ground up. Through hard work and natural talent, he ascended to his first chef position in just a few years.

Upon joining Marino's Italian Kitchen and Bar earlier this year, he has been instrumental in furthering our vision of bringing great cooking to North Phoenix/Scottsdale with his experience, creativity, and passion. His innovative flair and commitment to excellence have elevated our ever evolving dining experience.
